Meditation,
prayer, contemplation, reflection, a quiet moment to
connect…whatever you want to call it is perfect. Just Do It. And do it daily.
The pace of
today is extreme. The “stress grid” permeates throughout our lives, to the
point that we don’t even recognize it anymore because it has become the
“norm”. There are
innumerable studies showing the power of connection with a Higher Source
can help defend against disease and create a more healthy body. Remember
that Body, Mind and Spirit create a whole person.
Take
time every day to be aware of your breath. Re-fill your spirit from the
Source. Stop your car by a waterfall. Sit on the Earth and take off your
shoes. Listen to some uplifting music. Sing. Dance. Close your eyes and
picture something beautiful. Do whatever necessary to Nourish your Spirit.
